I am VERY excited about this coffee. My first experience buying coffee directly from a farm at origin. This is a limited supply nano lot, so get it while you can!
Grown at the farm La Telaraña (Spiderweb) in the town of Salamina.
Coffee cherries were harvested very ripe, open air fermented in whole cherry for 24 hours, and then anaerobically fermented for 50 hours. Dried as a natural process.
